We’ll get rucked up in the parking lot at 5pm. Before we hit the trail a 20 minute AMRAP of jumping jacks, lunges, push-ups and air squats will warm the soul and build some pre ruck hunger. Ignoring the hunger pains we’ll team up in groups of two or three and share a sandbag on our way up the mountain. On the way up a buzzer will sound every 6 minutes and the sandbag, ladder complex will begin. Deadlifts, cleans, front squats and push presses will make up the complex and the reps will increase every time we 🛑. At the top I’ll whip out the old picnic basket and pull out some delectable protein from Rubiner’s Cheesemongers. February full moon. In 2021 is a one time affair. Don’t miss out.
