Wednesday we’ll hit the ever popular Benedict Pond. We’ll start with a “Burden” Ruck around the pond. FollowMing that we’ll hit 4 rounds of: 25 yards each crab walk, bear crawl, lunge and broad jumps! That should take no longer than an hour and fifteen minutes. Noon start time. Thursday 7:15 am we’ll tackle flag rock. Group push-ups at the top. Friday will finally be “No Free Lunch Friday!” I’m cooking steak after we complete 30 minutes of team 1 burpee, 1 sandbag throw, 2 burpees, 2 throws and 3 burpees, 3 throws!!!
